Transforming the difficult child Workbook by Lisa Bravo

If you try it and have any questions, feel free to post or PM me. It's a little embarassing to love this book so much, but after reading book after book that only help 'a little' it's great to read a book that 'squeezed my brain out like a rag' and returned my brain cleaner and stronger than before.
