We are not in the US and have no experience of the SAT or ACT, or the US college admission system but I was looking at online courses with TIP and CTY etc for our 9yr old. I am hoping someone could explain how "grade level" is applied if a child is home schooled, accelerated, not from the US, etc? Is a appropriate "grade" applied for the purpose of interpreting results of the testing based on age and US school age norms?
And related question regarding courses with TIP, CTY etc. which seem to be grouped by grade. Again how does "grade" work if your child is already accelerated, subject accelerated, has no clear grade due to homeschool or different international standards?
