As summer vacation draws to a close and the 2023-2024 school year begins, I found this article by The Learning Council interesting. It appears to focus largely on identification (points 1 and 2 of the 5 points listed), followed by access, data collection, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).

While I also found the points made of interest, with many aspects with which I agreed, I should note that both authors of this article work for Riverside, which publishes the CogAT family of assessments.

BTW, although I have not commented on many of your postings recently, indigo, as we have been traveling, I do appreciate all of the notes you have curated for us from your extensive readings.
