My DS is attending the Evanston CTD Spark program this summer, and we're considering letting him live there for the week. He's going into 5th in the fall. Have any of you experienced the residential program, and if so could you please give me some insight into your experiences and whether you would recommend having him stay there?

We have the same question: DS (12) might attend either the day or residential program in Maryland. Our main concern is whether the level of supervision (college RAs in the dorms) is sufficient for 11- and 12-year-olds.
