Hello Everyone!!!

It seems my DS2.5 has a new interest... himself.

He is potty training and since we have started, he has become much more aware of the fact that he has lots of pieces that make up his body. I am looking for a good book with good pictures about human anatomy. He is talking a lot about the fact that he has bones and a heart, and lungs, etc. So I would like something that showed all these things in the body.

Any good suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!
My son liked the Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat learning library books at that age. A good one is "Inside your Outside: All About the Human Body." It's a little awkward with the rhyming sometimes, but great intro to what your insides do.

good luck with the potty training!
We have the DK Inside Guide book of the Human Body. It's pretty good. My youngest has a human body skeleton floor puzzle made of heavy foam- it's about 3 feet long. We call it, "Mister Bones" and my older dd made it a complete digestive system once, when she was about 6. She carefully made all the pieces from colored paper, cut them out, and laid them on top in proper position. I think she used the Human Body book to get things right.

have fun!
We like Discoveries The Human Body.

Check also the Let's read and find out science books.
We also have the DK book and like it.

In addition to that, even more fun is a small plastic anatomy model with organs that come out and must be put back in, a bit like a puzzle. Ours came with a card discussing each organ. For example, http://www.lakeshorelearning.com/seo/ca%7CsearchResults~~p%7CZZ11~~.jsp This isn't the one we have, but similar.
Not a book, but a nice puzzle:
