This Annual Contest for US Constitution Day, September 17 offers competitions for Elementary, Middle School, and High School Students, as well as Teachers, College/University Students, Law & Graduate Students, Adults (25+), and Senior Adults (65+).

I recall reading something a few years ago about a child-author, co-founding this group, and have been on their e-mail list ever since.
