I have heard good things about Art of Problem Solving for motivated math loving kids. It is supposed to be highly challenging and deep.
They are not cheap but given the value that they have provided to my daughter I do not consider them to be expensive.
They have kept her challenged, made her have to stop and think sometimes because the answer isn't instant and they have built on an inate sense of numeracy in a sold and substantial way.
