Is anyone familiar with the website/Youtube "How to ADHD"? Thoughts? Reviews? Our DYS 16 year old with ADHD (inattentive) will be off to college soon, and I wonder about recommending the site to her.

I hadn't heard of the site(s) previously, but did just take a quick look. The website appears to be mainly for selling merch and recruiting for Patreons, but it looks like she is planning to add some interactive tools and resources eventually (which could mean anything, on the ADHD timescale!). The YouTube channel looks more useful. The handful of vids I watched were well put-together and accurate (and short!), with some nice practical topics. She does talk very quickly, which might work for many ADHD-ers, but not for those with slow cognitive tempo (which may or may not be a subset of ADHD).

Depending on your DC, you could try watching a few videos together. It might be an interesting conversation starter for you too.
