I just had a major confrontation with the principal. My son bit a kid after an assembly and bus ride. She told me this in front of everyone. I told her they were failing to implement the OT strategies from the hospital. She then proceeds to tell me their OT didn't see anything. (Scream)

So I went to the school board and confronted then. And of course they told me that since Zach is doing well academically, nothing needs to be done. But they did comment that Zach was very bright and probably very bored.

It's like a giant circle they complain about his behavior - I advocate for implementing new strategies. Nothing happens and the circle starts over again!
I'd tell them that, since they keep failing to take any actions, responsibility for DS's behavior falls squarely on them, so they can either implement the strategies, or stop complaining.
Yeah OK.
hnz, are you in the US or outside the US? If you're in the US, have you gone through a formal IEP eligibility process yet?
