Hello,
Thank you again for all the advice you have provided thus far. The things we are putting into place are starting to make a big difference here.

I need to pick your brain again. Is anyone familiar with the EPGY Language Arts or Literature courses. The Language Arts says it's for those reading at a 2nd grade level and above. The literature is a third grade level and above.
Anyhow, thoughts?

Portia

So, off topic, but have you considered picking up an old Kindle for your son? There are thousands of free and super cheap children's books he can download to it, and he can make the text as large as he likes. smile

Kindle or Nook... I'd look into the older ones that have the old school e-ink. They are very easy on the eyes and work great outside. The build quality is (IMO) a little better than the newer LCD-style ones. Put on a basic little case and it will survive everyday type falls and bounces. They are only $70 new from Amazon, but I'd check craigslist for the older ones, personally..
