Hasn't frontal lobe development during adolescence been around for a while. But they haven't figured out how much it attributes to IQ right? And isnt't that critical thinking more or less?

I wonder if you test those kids again in a year or two their IQ will again go up. Could it be that things like working memory, processing speed and other executive functions don't mature linearly with vocabulary, arithmetic and general knowledge?
