My 6 year 10 month old daughter tested on the RIAS with a VIX of 125, NIX of 131 and A CIX composite intelligence of 131, 98th percentile. Also so is this considered in the top 2 percent like for MENSA qualifications. SHe has shown tremendous improvement since starting elementary school and so have we as parents parenting we are young twentys full time student and working parents with a low SES I am A Nursing student but we did not stimulate as we do now when she was three or four thus she has now been getting noticed in 1st grade, but we work together and do girl scous and all so do you think she could improve that score or that it is indicative of future intelligence ?

I don't know much about the RIAS but yes, 98th percentile means in the top 2% (just in it - it means that only 2% of people her age would do better). Any test is only a snapshot, and they all differ slightly in what they measure anyway, so she may test higher or lower on different tests in future. Hoagie's Gifted is a site you may find useful and it has a page on the various tests:
http://www.hoagiesgifted.org/tests.htm
where I see it says of the RIAS "Testers note that the discontinue criteria on the RIAS are extremely short (2 items) and may cause severe under-estimation of comparable full-scale IQ score." so you may want to keep an eye out for possible signs that she's been underestimated in future, such as being bored in school. Is she happy at school at the moment?

Welcome!
