DD12 took the SAT this past weekend through JHU/CTY. I'm just curious how long it takes to get scores when you take it through a talent search with paper registration? She couldn't register online because she's not 13. We told her we thought it would probably take at least six weeks, so she won't be champing at the bit, but I sort of am. blush

Thank you, spaghetti! It wouldn't have occurred to me to just call the College Board and ask. blush smile

DS took it and we called and were given the results for no charge. Good luck!!

Just FYI - DS took the SAT through WATS in early November and we received his score report just over 5 weeks later via first class mail. I would've called had I known it was possible to get his scores for free - the wait seemed long even though it came on the shorter end of the expected 5-8 weeks.

The report only shows percentiles compared to 11th & 12th graders, and not percentiles for his current grade. It includes Test Scores and Cross-Test Scores to see relative strength/weakness in different areas, but no specific details or examples of what they mean.

Ditto on the calling for the scores. Once you explain the age issue, they'll provide them for no fee. At least that was our experience.

Same experience here - the day scores are available on-line, you can call. That looks to be February 23.

When they answer, just tell them you're calling to get the scores for a student under 13. When I called, they didn't hesitate, just asked for her name, etc - cost never came up.
