We had our dd tested last month as she is in an exclusively GT classroom and still breezing through and begging for more.

I'd love some insight on the results and suggestions for how to get dd what she needs.

I am concerned about the dramatic difference between the top two and the bottom two.
Any insight?

I'm no expert but from the scores I've seen it's not unusual for working memory and processing speed to come in lower. It doesn't look to me like those are low enough to be concerned about. since you said she's breezing through school, looks like it's not a problem at all.

Where should we go from here?

Are these scores DYS level? Is DYS even something that would benefit an upper ES kid?

Yes, she should qualify for DYS with those IQ scores (if they are on an approved test - is this WISC-IV?), if she has matching achievement test scores or an appropriate portfolio. Requirements are here.
