That is a very impressive achievement; I know that women tend to have better developed verbal and processing speed abilities than men, who tend to have superior visual-spatial and mathematical abilities. Of course, there are a number of very competent female mathematicians in history; e.g., Hypatia and Sofia Kovalevskaya.
