    Hi Catana,
Welcome. I went to your blog, and jumped right in! Thanks! I think it's ok for me to post it here, so I will
    http://highcognitive.squarespace.com/

This board is slanted toward parents of gifted children trying to figure out how to meet there needs. Given that I would encourage you to spend some time here because it's basically difficult to parents without some self-exploration, so we do get into our adult issues from time to time.

Also, my guess is that you would have a lot to offer because you have been a child. ((grin))

The question of expanding it's focus to adults has been raised and shot down, as far as having a section for adults to talk about adult issues. I reccomend using the Underserved Populations area until that changes.

I'd be flattered if you'd promote this site to the parents who frequent your blog.

    Thanks for dropping by,
    Trinity

I googled 'gifted child forum' and found this one in the top 10 results. It's a really good forum, lots of information, & lots of really nice people here. And best of all, the people here understand the extra problems that go along with having a gifted child.

I like to think that even our faults are instructive, and that understanding each other and ourselves helps us understand our kids!
