I came across this and thought it was very useful. It's a very thorough article about test scores. The site is for special education advocacy and some of the stories will break your heart. The site also has a section on Advocacy 101 which I thought was helpful. I'm considering buying the book From Emotions to Advocacy. Has anyone read it and have comments?

Yes I've read that article quite some time ago and found it informative.
