Are any of us taking the EPGY Stanford math or English programs? As a homeschooler, we find these interactive and stretching programs amazing.

JHU offers a similar program, equally high-powered. Our young guy eats up the online program, and it's fun!

Interesting, as other than the CTY animated elementary problem solving course, DS7 does not like them at all. He says they're boring. He'd do better with something more visually interesting or fun, like Descartes Cove (which we'll get to). Glad your son likes them. We're new to HSing and plan to continue with EPGY and/or CTY.

My kids have both done EPGY math. They were excited about it for the first few weeks but then began to lose interest. It is very expensive considering all the bugs we encountered in the program.

We have Descartes' Cove which DS really enjoys. We are using it as a teaching tool and a jumping off place for further math exploration.

My dd has done EPGY. We were both very happy with it. She is doing Math Olympiad this summer and cannot wait to start. The courses are pretty advanced and she does learn quite of bit from them.
