Some of you may have seen this talk given by James T. Webb on misdiagnoses of gifted children and some may be already familiar with the discussion's premise but I thought this was a helpful reminder. Also, the talk doesn't focus only on the misdiagnoses so the title's a bit misleading.

this is an amazing digest. i'm not even finished watching it yet, but i can see already that i'm going to be able to use it with family members who need a starting point - thank you so much!

Every Sunday it brooded and lay on the floor. Inconveniently close to the drawing-room door.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I love Dr. Webb, this is an excellent overview of his books and current understanding of giftedness! I'm 20 min in and giddy to have this to share with our principal and therapist, lol. I can't ask them to read the two shelves of books I have but I can ask them to view and share this presentation. Thanks so much for bringing it to our attention.
