Thought this was funny, so I wanted to share-

Today while ds5 was doing AR quizzes on 4th grade level books, I mentioned the "comprehension" concern to the media specialists who knows my ds quite well through school. The MS said, " Your son could read any book in this library and understand. What his teacher is asking him to do is too easy and boring. You know your son."

He's right, I do. Yet, it's nice when someone else notices too.

The external validation always feels nice. I like the common sense comment.

What is to give light must endure burning.
