    Hi
so just found out DS6 got into DYS - yay!

For a minute, I found myself feeling very strange about it - like those cartoons when you get hit in the head - receiving something from someone which says yes your child is profoundly gifted was sort of overwhelming.

Then I picked him up and he said, " you know why you can't create an infinite zip line - because of the friction - although maybe we could build one and we could just add energy periodically to compensate so you wouldn't slow down."

So maybe the right place for us smile

Congrats! I love what he said...it actually cracks me up. My DS5 would be a fast friend; he made a mobile out of magnetix last week and told me it could not truly be perpetual because of friction, lol!
