    An update on my family:

DS8 with ADHD started on 18 mg of Concerta and the change is amazing. He can focus. He gets work done. His teacher is always praising his writing now. He has barely gotten in trouble. Wow. And he's still my son, nothing about his personality changed except the constant frustration.

DS9 who has AS has been doing really well this year. He hates public speaking but participated in some skits in the boy scouts all of his own choosing. He's been giving his brother things without asking something in return. Sometimes he regrets it afterwards, but a year ago he never would have. He is graduating from needing at TSS at the end of the month.:)

So, wow. I never expected to go to an easy IEP meeting, and I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, but I'm pretty amazed.

Congratulations! When you find the write medication and dosage, the improvement can be remarkable.

It sounds like things are going well for EVERYONE!! Enjoy it smile
