another post made me think of this because their child's cursive writing improved when they went to a better fit school.

I can gain insight to my son's day by the handwriting in his assignment notebook. A really bad day can have a dramatic effect on his writing. I've even seen him write so tiny letter it makes me think he is feeling small with this babyish work.

It's interesting because doing something like knitting or legos is suppose to be good to work thru problems. Yet the cursive handwriting is s.o.s. stressful.(Wow I just did a typo sos for so but I'm going to leave it. That a little freakie.)
