I recommend requesting the full table of scores from the individual who gave the test. When my daughter was given the W-J, I received a report that contained the following information for each subtest: RAW, AE, EASY to DIFF, RPI, PR, and SS (68% BAND). Of course, if your son hit the ceiling on the subtests, there may not be much information to receive. My daughter hit the ceiling on about a third of the subtests she was given. The test program apparently could not handle the scores and indicated to the tester that my daughter's age was incorrect. The program did not provide percentages for these subtests and completely omitted them from the overall score. The individual who administered the test for my daughter was not familiar with testing gifted children and did not know how to handle the results. We later had a S-B IV administered to our daughter by a psychologist who works with gifted children.
