You can ask to see them. In my state, a parent can make an appointment to view the school's file on a child. Two weeks is not a very long time --- maybe they are reviewing each score or scheduling meetings to discuss results amongst themselves to determine who might need further testing. My child's former school used OLSAT as a screener only. If you did well enough on that, you went on to other standardized tests. So maybe they aren't sharing results with parents unless or until they are fully done with testing.

That doesn't mean you can't/shouldn't ask! Also, if you feel your child is gifted, you should make a written request for evaluation anyway just in case.
