DS7 was given the K-bit today. Scores were good enough to move him to the next round of testing (137). Wondering what other's experiences were with IQ testing yielding higher or lower results. I'm aware that the K-bit can be unreliable. Does it matter where a child's strengths lie? The screen focused on verbal and non-verbal; DS's strengths are in math; will that impact IQ testing? Likely won't be tested until next school year, so I have all summer to worry that he won't qualify for the assistance he needs.
