JonLaw Member Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 2,007 The Sub-Tropics	Prison is where people who need mental health treatment end up when you don't have an adequate mental health system. So, the equation reads: "Mental issue" (meaning the second e of 2e, and/or history of abuse) + "Poor coping skills"" + "No money" = Prison. Last edited by JonLaw; 01/20/15 08:51 AM.
