Hi all. Glad I found this forum. Our son took the Stanford 10 last march - (was5yrs. 1mo Kinder). We just got the results and I am debating if it would challenge/stimulate him more if he skip grade one and go to second grade next school year. As kinder, he has been given grade 1 txt books in reading and his teacher would often tell me he would ask her for more things to do in school... I prefer him going to first grade next year but fear might get bored again like he is in kinder. emotionally, I think he is older than his friends at kinder and he plays well with older kids in school. Do I even entertain the idea of grade 2? or just let him have another relaxed year in grade 1?

total reading 100/100 - NPR-S: 99-9 / GE 5.2
math 39/40 NPR-S: 97-9 / GE 3.2
complete battery 208/220 NPR-S 97-9 / GE 2.6
