My son had an IQ test at the age of 3.5yrs, but refused to answer some of the questions that both the test provider (Psychologist), and I (Mom) knew he knew the answers to. His IQ came back 120, and 123 verbal. How much greater could his IQ have been if he had answered these questions? I'm trying to figure out if he falls into the "Gifted" range, so we can create an educational plan specific to his needs. Could not answering a handful of questions change the results by several or more IQ points? My husband, who is an educator seems to think so, and my son certainly exhibits "Gifted" behavior. Please inform.
