Does anyone here have experience with intellectual checklist scales? I don't know exactly what is on the checklist, but apparently my daughter (who according to her IQ scores is gifted) might not get into our school district's gifted program because she scored in the average range on this scale. I wish I had more info on what this checklist consisted of, but I don't. Are these behaviors she's supposed to exhibit? Certain academic achievements she's supposed to have obtained? I just don't understand how they can deny an obviously gifted kid entrance in to the gifted program because of a checklist. Can anyone here help me out with what exactly this intellectual checklist scale is?
