I'd like to do some reading/learning about impulse control/self control in kids in general, and particularly in gifted kids. I want to have some understanding of how impulse control develops and if any kind of coaching/activity/intervention can improve impulse control.

Can any one recommend resources?

Thank you!

When looking for information on impulse control, you might also use the search term "executive function."
