LilMick Member L Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 160 Florida	Haven't read the whole thread, but many of the books which I have read emphasize the need for acceleration for PG kids (Gross, Ruf...) In my own experience, it did not work well at all, but I attended a very under-resourced school... I suppose it depends on what the child feels about the situation. Perhaps extracurricular academic activities are enough for some PG kids...
