    What date did you test? DD took it February 19th.

    January. Also, maybe it would be helpful, if people would like to see the distributions for other talent searches, to list which talent search you did, and if you are willing to share additional data via PM.

    We did it in January through Belin-Blank BESTS. I hope it comes soon--dd is asking every.day! Thanks for sharing.

    DD did Duke TIP and took the EXPLORE on February 19.

    Got ours from NUMATS! :-) YAY! I'm very happy with my kid's scores, but a little twitchy on a couple areas that I don't think quite reflect other scores/achievement we've seen. But given that it was his first LONG fill in the circle test, very happy indeed! I've been curious about his ability to do a test like this.

    Kimck, I was surprised as well that my DS's "area of strength" was his lowest score as normed against the 8th graders, but it wasn't his lowest area when normed to the other talent search kids.

    However, as a wise person on this board reminded me - this is all just one little piece of the puzzle and best used with a lot of other data over time combined with our own observations.

    It would be interesting to know how raw scores convert to test scores. . .I liked getting raw scores with SCAT.
