Mama22Gs Member Registered: 01/04/09 Posts: 114	In case anyone's interested, it looks like there could be quite a show in the sky tonight. http://www.space.com/spacewatch/091116-leonid-meteor-shower-2009.html I'm sure I'll still be getting my beauty sleep since it's probably too bright here and the DC have school in the AM, but maybe I'll venture out for a peek. Drat! Why couldn't this be on a weekend?

Austin Member Registered: 06/25/08 Posts: 1046 Loc: North Texas	The Leonids are a lot of fun. The best way to take them in is in a very dark location outside of the city from 4am to 6am. Rather than stay up, go to bed and get up early!!! The 1966 Leonids are the stuff of legend. In the early 80s I met a guy who saw them and he still got goose bumps talking about them.
