Any recommendation for a public/magnate elementary school for gifted kids in the Whittier / La Habra LA area of the Los Angeles suburb? We would prefer a self-contained all-day GATE class or all-GATE school to any pull-out or after-school-only programs. Which districts in the area has the best GATE program for elementary through high school? We heard that Fullerton / Cerritos has some good schools (little far), but we may consider if they are outstanding. Also, while it may be out of our budget, if anyone has recommendation for excellent private school that caters to advanced/gifted students, we would also appreciate knowing about it. Thank you.
