My DS6 brought a comic to me one day to let me know that the editor wasn't very good because there were lots of spelling errors!

WOW Shari that is something. At least he realized it. Even if the older kids who read them do get that it is a joke, I am sure not all of them do. I dk why they do it. Does it really make the comic book a better read? I don't read them so I don't get it.

He might like the book "Mr Perfect" By Roger Hargnedves (last name is hard to read). It is cute, it is Ironic (if that is the right word to use). Ex he had a party and Mr Clumsey broke all the plate , this did not upset Mr Perfect he brought out paper plates etc. So nothing upset Mr Perfect he was perfectly happy with whatever went wrong. It is cute.
My DS6 picked it out at barnes and nobles this weekend he said "it was perfect for him" LOL!

Your son might like the book "Ish". Can't remember who the author is. But it deals with perfectionism and the differing perspectives of different people. It makes a really good point and DS6 realated really well to it.
