    It appears the Draw-A-Person-Test may be helpful in some instances, and yet is not a panacea.

    Not just drawings, but DS’s innovative Lego & origami creations (the teacher of the gifted Yr 6 class copied DS’s kindergarten designs and I would see replicas of his creations all over the school) at that age suggested that R & D engineering would be perfect for him and indeed, as a first year Uni student, it is. He gets to design and build robots from scratch on 3D printers and then program them to complete the assignment tasks.
