OP indigo Member I Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 5,245 Likes: 1	One article discusses the ideal state of flow, which occurs when being fully engaged... contrasted with being bored, understimulated, and suffering bore-out... which is described as the opposite problem of being chronically stressed, overstimulated, and suffering burn-out.
