U.S. News and World Report currently ranks Rutgers #63 in National Universities.
Rutgers' rankings webpage shows it has been rated #3 Top health professions school in the U.S. by College Factual.

Therefore Rutgers may be of interest to some gifted and high-achieving pupils.

As of March 25, 2021, Rutgers has announced that the COVID vaccine is required for the fall 2021 semester.

‘If a student chooses to come to an institution, they agree to abide by the rules’: Can colleges force students to get COVID-19 vaccines?

    MarketWatch

In an article by Jillian Berman updated March 31, 2021, MarketWatch summarizes the current status of COVID vaccine requirements on campus for the upcoming fall 2021 semester. College-bound students and their parents may be watching closely to see what decisions various colleges and universities make in the coming months.

    Some notable points include:

I heard that many universities and colleges will require a vaccine for in class learning.

On another note, the head of Coursera was on CNBC today and said that they were doing more and more joint ventures to offer a full degree program at half price on Coursera.

Coursera IPO'd this week! Excited to see how greater capitalization will put pressure on universities to convert their legacy systems. Udemy also has plans to go public this year.
