I am hoping to hear from anyone who has experience with SIG at BU. I'm considering it as a summer camp option for our child who will be a rising 2nd grader.

I'd love to hear any thoughts, but especially whether it might be a good summer option to help our child develop friendships with other kids who share his interests. (In other words, having engaging courses is important, but the social-emotional environment is also important to us.)

    Thank you for your advice!

I do not have any experience with SIG. However, I do have experience with both the Summit and STARS offered by Davidson for Davidson Young Scholars. There are very few experiences that can compare.

As far as camps go, in addition to those mentioned above, I have heard good feedback from Great Books camps, Epsilon Camp, and Campersand. There are a few others, but I am drawing a blank right now.
