Hi! If you are in Oregon and have been successfully registered your child for PSAT8/9 as above grade test, would you mind dropping me a PM on how to arrange it?

All the resources I know of to look are talent search programs outside of the states and they all offer the test out of state as well. Do we really have to travel out of state for this test?? Sometimes I feel like I am living in the gifted education wasteland here. Thank you!

    Hello Tigerhog,
To be honest, I did not see this posting earlier. It looks like you are have not posted very often. For newer posters, the program holds the post for a bit before releasing. However, by the time it is released, the post may not go to the "Recent Posts" screen due to activity.

To answer your question, I am not from Oregon. However, we used the PSAT8/9 through DukeTip. I believe you can also use it through NUMATS. No, you do not have to travel out of state, you are just able to register through their programs.

    Thanks Portia!

I am aware of the posting rules for new member. I am happy to say that it looks like I passed the requirement!

I will look into TIP this Fall. smile
