When I was in high school and computer and phones were both still connected to the walls I used a pocket notebook to keep track of tasks. They were those tiny ringed notebooks smaller than an index card. That way your list stays with you without having a large planner to carry with you.

One very popular analog note taking/task tracking system is bullet journal.

David Seah creates a lot of interesting printable productivity tools.

It looks like you or the teachers should be able to set up syncing between Blackboard and Google Calendar: One set of instructions.

It may also be possible to have Blackboard email the deadlines to you. Not familiar with Blackboard software (momentarily thought it was a physical blackboard).

Depending on how comfortable you can get with technology you may want to check out IFTTT (If This Then That) to remove some of the drudgery from making these systems work together. In other words you let the computers do the work and you just watch the notifications.

Thank you McKinley! Blackboard is a website where teachers put assignments and all teaching materials there. The calendar function of Blackboard hasn't been fully utilized. I will definitely check out the other links such as IFTTT and the Journals.
