We're moving to the Phoenix area this summer. Does anyone have experience with highly gifted kids and advice on best elementary schools? We have a 1st grader and preschooler. I've found information about contained gifted classes at PVUSD (Fireside, Sonoran Sky), SUSD (Redfield), the Chandler CATS program (Knox, Ryan), and the REACH program in the Madison School District. I've also heard of BASIS schools. The 1st grader qualifies for all of them testing-wise. Does anyone have experience with these programs or others to suggest?

Thank you in advance for any insight!

    Hi KKET,
We are in the same situation. We have a 1st grader. Planning to move to PHX next school year and thinking of KNOX with other option as any of the BASIS elementary schools. We will visit KNOX/Basis some time soon before summer but do you have any input/findings for us from your research.

    Thanks and Appreciate your time.
