My DD 11 took it when she was 6. I am not sure the school got the score. I entered school address, phone and fax numbers but did not hear anything from the schol. I set up a meeting with the principal (about 3 wks after the result came out) and successfully advocated for acceleration with the scores in hand. They did not understand the score but they were impressed by the High Honor award certificate from John Hopkins U (which you should be recieving in a few weeks). Just make sure that they know SCAT is 2 grades above level test.

    Good luck!

My kids took the SCAT more than four years ago so the procedures may have changed. However, at that time, they would issue a report to the schools in March, probably because most kids test by then and then issue another report in the Fall for the kids who test late.
