My DS7 starts 3rd grade tomorrow (skipping the last half of second grade and the first half of third grade).

Needless to say, everyone in my family is extremely excited...especially my DS7 who says he can't wait not to be bored with what the teacher is covering.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone here for your advice and words of wisdom. It has helped my wife and I know that this is 100% the correct move to make for our son and has reduced our stress and worrying a tremendous amount!!! My family appreciates all the time you took out of your day to respond to my posts!

I wish you and yours all the best!

Hurray!!! It's a lot of work to get that accomplished!! I hope to hear updates in the future.
Our daughter started her new grade today (skipping into 5th)!! I don't know what I would have done without everyone here.

Congratulations to you both. Please do let us know how everything goes. I have my fingers crossed that all will be so much easier than you imagine.
