    Ds 9 : highly gifted (IQ 138 done while he had the flu so they think most likely higher) ADHD, dysgraphia and neurological automation disorder. Finally answers!

    Thank you! Now that we know its an actual learning disability and he isn't doing it to be disrespectful or lazy the school has no choice.but to accommodate him.
