    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for suggestions for an iPad app for organizing schedule, homework, etc. for school.

DD11 (ADHD,dyslexia, dysgraphia, anxiety) will be starting middle school this year and is quite nervous at the thought of managing different classes without the help of just one teacher. Her iPad has been a God-send in every other way for her, so I am crossing fingers that 'there is an app for that' out there. Preferably, it would be simple to use and not have too many options. She already plans to take pictures of homework and assignments with DocScan.

She had the achievement portion of her psych/ed repeated this summer and her dysgraphia is being blamed for most of her issues in math. Her score on the motor component test was < 1%ile. Ouch. We luckily just stumbled across a math app called "Mod Math" that will allow her to type all of her math questions on graph paper. It is the best app she has tried so far and is quite simple to use.

Any other app suggestions are most welcome! TIA

We haven't used any of these apps but I just searched the App Store using the term school organiser and there were a lot of different types of apps that could be useful, many of them free. One called The Homework App caught my eye. It has a task planner and scheduling feature. It has good reviews. Because so many are free it is probably worth downloading and trying them to see which has the best match for your DDs needs.
