This just came across a list that I'm on. Haven't seen it here so thought I'd post. If anyone has more info, please share.

Thanks for posting. I just shared on Facebook, invited my teacher friends to send e-mails, and Tweeted. Spread the word! As a teacher of high-ability learners, I feel like accountability and opportunity is necessary. As a parent, I'm demanding it!!

PS . . . There is a quick and easy link the article above. Don't hesitate to click and send e-mails to your senators, which are automatically filled in for you after entering your address. Couldn't be more simple!

Ditto, even though I wasn't completely convinced on the forcing the program to accept the non-gifted but nothing is ever 100% perfect - so I signed up to support this effort.
