Kai Member Registered: 05/17/09 Posts: 196	We started leaving our older son home alone when he was 11. We just started leaving the younger one alone at age 10.

ultramarina Member Registered: 08/24/10 Posts: 1564	I have left DD8 alone for half an hour or so. I would not leave her with her younger brother (4) under any circumstances, though. I would probably leave her for up to an hour.

kathleen'smum Member Registered: 05/27/10 Posts: 352 Loc: Nova Scotia, Canada	I have left DD9 (almost 10) alone for 10-30 minutes while I was at the park with her brother (within yelling distance of our house) or at my friend's house a few houses away.
