I was just looking at the AoPS site today and noticed two new pre-Algebra courses being next year. (Are they really new, or just revamped?) Does anyone know anything about these courses? I have heard great things about AoPS in the past but thought it was a couple years away for dd. Now it might be an option for new year.

    Thanks!

They've had a Pre-Algebra textbook in the works for ages. Now that it's finally going to make it into print, they're offering a class.

Wish they had managed to complete it a year ago! I would have loved to try it with DD.

We were very excited to discover this as well. Currently I am planning for my DS8 to take this class in the fall. My only concern is the social aspect, he did not like EPGY math.
